Postage - Postage rates are £1.50 mainland UK for standard items, and £3.00 mainland UK for tiaras and bouquets. If you are outside of the UK or want to order mutiple items, please email us with the details and we'll provide you with a postage quote.
Postage is by First Class Royal Mail within 24 hours of payment for standard items.
For custom made jewellery and tiaras, please allow 5-7 days.

Returns - Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to inform me of damage orfault due to postage.

Please note, for Health and Safety, ear rings cannot be returned unless damaged in post.
